What is Maba Suitez?

Maba Suitez is a 60-storey twin-tower serviced apartment development by EXSIM on Jalan Hang Jebat, Kuala Lumpur — built on the former Wisma Maba site, opposite the Merdeka 118 precinct.

Around 1,300 serviced apartments and office suites on a 1.328-acre site, developed by EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd with the Malaysian Basketball Association. The association’s new headquarters sits within the development, including a half-court for three-on-three basketball. Ground was broken in December 2025 and completion is slated for 2031.

The address does most of the talking. Merdeka MRT is a short walk away, Plaza Rakyat LRT a little further, and Stadium Merdeka, Petaling Street and Bukit Bintang sit inside the same few streets.
